The Heavenly Care Difference
Doing What is Right to Help Our Clients Maintain Their Independence & Well-Deserved Dignity
“To care for those who once cared for us is one of life’s highest honors.”
Heavenly Care For You or a Loved One
As we age, just because our abilities change doesn’t mean that our desire for autonomy and independence do. At Heavenly Care, our mission is to provide compassionate care to those who want to remain in their homes but need support and assistance to do so.
Whether you’re looking for temporary post-operative care, help around the home a few times a week, or respite care for the primary caregiver, our team is here to free you of the stresses of aging-related issues so that you can be fully present with your loved ones.
We consider it a privilege to care for those who need us and we are dedicated to upholding our mission of delivering the highest quality of care possible.

Frequently Asked Questions About Heavenly Care
Answers to some of the most common questions we receive:
Do You Work With My Insurance?
We work with both private pay and long-term care insurance. Our team will help you navigate your long term care and advocate for you to get the care you need. During your initial consultation, our team will contact your long term care insurance provider if applicable to identify eligibility and coverage.
Is there any Other Way to Cover the Cost of Home Care?
Are you a veteran, or a spouse of a veteran? If so, you may qualify for what is called Aid in Attendance from the VA. You can read more about this option here: https://www.va.gov/pension/aid-attendance-housebound/
How Do You Match Clients With Caregivers?
With decades of experience, we’ve developed a signature algorithm for matching in-home helpers with each client and family. Using our proprietary software, HeavenlyMatchTM, every client is matched with their perfect-fit caregiver.
Do You Drug Test and Background Check Your Caregivers?
At Heavenly Care, we believe in going above and beyond so that we know we are matching you with caregivers who will provide the best care possible.
We require our staff to undergo a 7-panel drug test as well as extensive background checks–more checks than are even required by the state.
I Need Help But I Don’t Want to Move Into a Home. Can You Help Me?
Absolutely. We understand that as an adult, you’ve lived a long life of autonomy and independence and respect your wishes to remain in your home as you age. Our team can provide you with the assistance you need to be able to remain independent, such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and even transportation.
I’m Still Independent But I Just Need a Little Help a Few Times a Week. Will Heavenly Care Work With Me?
Yes! Many of our clients do not require daily assistance and only need companion care a couple of times per week to help manage some of life’s necessities such as cleaning or transportation to doctor appointments and social events.
I Live At Home and Am Independent But I Need Help With Transportation. Can You Help?
Yes! Our team can provide transportation after surgical procedures, to and from appointments, and even accompany you for longer travels.
Any member of our team providing transportation assistance must be approved to do so in advance.
I’m Having Surgery And Need Help for a While. Can Heavenly Care Help Me?
Yes, we can! We can provide transportation to and from surgery as well as provide care for your post-procedure. Our nurses and caregivers can help care for you in your own home or in a hotel if you are traveling for your surgery.
My Parents Need Help. I’m Not Local! What Can I Do?
It’s not uncommon for children of aging parents to be concerned about their parents, but also not be able to travel or move in order to help provide care for them. Our experienced Elder Care management team can help arrange assistance for your parents so that they can remain in their homes while remaining safe and getting the help they need.
I’m Caring For a Loved One But I Can’t Do All Of This On My Own. Can You Help?
We absolutely understand the stresses that come along with caring for an aging family member. Even if you live in the home with your loved one, it is not always possible to care for them completely on your own–especially if you must work outside of the home or your loved one requires constant supervision and assistance.
Our team provides sitting services and respite care so that you can get the help you need caring for your loved one and can avoid burnout.
My Loved One is Being Placed on Hospice and I Need Support. What’s Next?
Watching a loved one enter into Hospice care can be extremely challenging. Our team is here to help support you through the process, whether you need help advocating for your loved one or you need assistance providing daily care to your loved one.
