Benny Latino, Owner/President

Graduating from the University of Montevallo in Alabama, Benny has always had a desire to help others. He has been in the healthcare industry for 9 years, and has been in the service industry for 16 years. His desire to help seniors enabled him to put the capital together to go out on his own in 2004, starting Heavenly Caregiver Services, Inc. Continuing service to seniors, he then started Heavenly Care Moving Services, Inc. in 2005. Since then, both businesses have grown substantially due to the quality care he and his team provide to their clients. "It's the best decision I've ever made," states Benny of starting his businesses. "I know I make a difference every day, and I am proud of my team in the field and everything they do." He's also very proud of his marriage of 13 years to wife Alice, and 3-year old son, Cole.


Eric Kukla, Office Manager

Eric was born and raised in North Dakota. After High School he attended the University of North Dakota majoring in Political Science/International Politics. Eric has also lived in Finland where he continued to study international politics, and play rugby. After moving back to the States in 2003 Eric left the frigid North Dakota climate for Austin, TX. Within the first two (2) days of moving to Austin, Eric met and was hired by Benny Latino. In 2004 Eric followed Benny Latino in order to help form Heavenly Caregiver Services, Inc. Eric now serves as Office Manager for both Heavenly Caregiver Services, Inc. and Heavenly Care Moving Services, Inc. During his off time Eric enjoys playing rugby and exploring the Austin music scene.


Tom McMahan, Director of Marketing

Tom was Texas born & raised. After high school, served eight years in the U. S. Coast Guard, then attended Baylor University. Met wife of 41 years at Baylor. One daughter who also graduated from Baylor and now teaches and works there. After graduation, went to work in the pharmaceutical Industry and remained there until retirement. Post retirement, served in various capacities in volunteer and services organizations until 2005. Joined Heavenly Care in 2005, serving as Marketing Director until May of 2006. Assumed duties of Director of Operations at that time and remains in that position to date. Hobbies include building and refinishing furniture.


Matthew Sotelo, Director of Moving

Matt was born in Torrance, California, but raised in Texas since the age of seven. Matt and his wife of 6 years, Andrea, are helping raise their wonderful 13 year old niece. Matt and his wife traveled around the world for five years while she served in the U.S. Air Force. He previously worked for the Department of Defense Furniture Management Office in Germany delivering furniture to military families. Upon getting out of the Air Force, Matt and his wife settled in Austin in September 2005. He began employment with Heavenly Care Moving Services in September 2005 and was promoted from Crew Chief to Moving Coordinator in January 2007. He takes pride in working for a great moving company with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In addition to his wonderful work ethic, he also enjoys spending time with his family (to include two beautiful dogs), BBQ, and cleaning his beloved truck!
